Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer (Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant) to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building integrations, automation, and scalable CRM solutions that support call center and customer experience platforms.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, integrations, and Azure-based middleware, along with the ability to collaborate with analysts and business teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

  • Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and automation

  • Develop Azure Function middleware connecting Dynamics 365 with SAP, IFS, telephony systems, and web portals

  • Support and maintain Unified Service Desk (USD) environments

  • Lead or assist with migration from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace (CSW)

  • Develop and maintain REST API integrations

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

  • Ensure development standards, documentation, and best practices are followed

  • Support CRM enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance improvements


Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development

  • Strong development experience with C# / .NET

  • Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

  • Experience developing Azure Functions

  • Experience building REST APIs and integrations

  • Strong experience with Unified Service Desk (USD)


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Customer Service Workspace (CSW)

  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SAP or IFS

  • Knowledge of Copilot Studio

  • Experience with call center or customer service platforms


Certifications

  • Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) – Preferred
