Job Summary
• Role Descriptions: Understands the scope of work as defined by the business requirements| solution designs and established quarterly commitments (POR) or prioritized backlog (investment Pods).
• Identifies| confirms and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams. Works with the Global IT TPM lead and team partners to complete this task.
• Builds delivery plans and maintains program record.
• Works with the core team to identify and schedule all the work for end-to-end tech readiness required to fulfill program scope.
• Identifies and manages program critical path| being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Tracks and manages the program schedule and upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Analyzes the actual performance against the plan to ensure program milestones are accomplished and ensures overall committed timelines are met.
• Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders advised of progress and issues.
• Performs risk management by identifying and managing critical paths and risk areas.
• Establishes contingency plans, identifies trigger events, and assumes responsibility for initiation corrective actions.
• Escalates early to Global IT Planning Delivery leadership for support.
• Works with Global IT Planning Delivery leaders| TPO and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope| time and costs| where needed.
• Ensures proper documentation.
• Leverage SmartSheets| Jira and expected program planning best practices proficiently.
