hi i want to display graph such that it has take x-coordinates as months of the year and y-coordinates as multiples of 200 .

so there any possibility of making that.Please help me out from this.

Look at the Plot Gallery example app. There is an example using dates for axis labels and a demo of the available axis labeling policies. If you always want ticks 200 units apart, keep the default labeling policy (fixed interval) and set the majorIntervalLength to 200.
