enable nfs-server to share a folder

Not an experienced user, trying to enable nfs-server.service to share a folder between containers
In this case I am unable to start the service as shown,
please, any help is welcome

$ uname -srvmo
Linux 4.19.84-coreos #1 SMP Tue Nov 19 20:51:06 -00 2019 x86_64 GNU/Linux

$ cat /etc/exports

$ sudo systemctl start nfs-server

$ sudo systemctl status nfs-server
● nfs-server.service - NFS server and services
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/nfs-server.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)

$ sudo systemctl enable nfs-server

# ! when trying to connect! but nothing happens
$ sudo journalctl -f
Dec 02 22:07:45 coreOS01 rpc.mountd[999]: authenticated mount request from for /mnt/nvr (/mnt/nvr)
