Hi,

I'd like to append the following option to /etc/resolv.conf :

    options single-request-reopen

from inside a cloud-config.yml file. I know I can replace the file (or link) with write_files. I've also tried add a unit to append to the file but it seems to get overwritten by systems-resolved.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Bassam

I use write_files, rewrite the whole file, and have no issue with it being overwritten. I use it to re-route my dns. I also use bare-metal. This may or may not make a difference. Sorry I can't be more help!
