How to prevent etcd/patroni cluster against network flapping

Hi,

My setup is 3 site and 7 etcd servers. etcd is used for patroni cluster. If there is a network flapping (ddos for example) then starts a voting in etcd and patroni cluster will be in "panic" because of update of patroni "lockdisk". Is it there any solutsions?
