I have upgraded the OS to WINXP Pro and the client is connected to a
Domain with limited rights. When I Open WP 9/2000 as the user the
spell check is disabled. If I logon as admin to the domain or the
local machine the the spell check option is available.

Here are the things I have tried.
Gave Full Control to Everyone to the Corel Folder.
Deleted the Corel Key located in Hkey_Current_User, Software.
Ran PFREG.EXE in both the Program Files\Corel\WordPerfect Office
2000\Programs and Program Files\Corel\Shared\Writing Tools\9.0
directories.
Reinstalled the program when logged in as the limited user and used the
Run As command.
