Word Perfect 5.1 user wants to upgrade but......

My mother in law is a long time Word Perfect 5.1 user for Medical
Transcription. She refuses to upgrade because of a few reasons. For
starters, she has well over 1000 addresses of Doctors stored. She
also has numerous macros stored that she has created. She is running
a machine that has Win 98. She physically has to run the program from
DOS, not just a windows based DOS prompt, because of problems printing
from the DOS software through the MSDOS prompt. but when running
directly from DOS she has no problems

My question is this....
Is there any way to transfer existing macros and address books from WP
5.1 to any newer, Windows based, version of Word Perfect?
It doesn't necessarily have to be WP 8, just any windows based
version.
