web query problems in qp 2002 and wp office 11

I connot get my query data transfered into a worksheet. I keep getting
two errors. One error says that I do not have enough memory. The other
error says I am missing a file that should be located in my user\temp
directory. I see the data when I query it, but I always get an error
after I press OK to insert the data into my worksheet.

I installed the new WP office 11 last night to see if it would solve
my problem, but it did not help. It acts like I have a setup problem
with my default directory. I think QP is expects to see a temporay
file that contains my query data but cannot find it after pushing the
OK button so it responds with a file not found error. Has anyone had
this problem? Is it easy to fix? Has anybody succesfully used this
feature?

I am running WP office on a PIII windows XP pro machine.

Please help if you can.
