Quattro 10, the application bar

Howdy

I hope you could help me with Quattro 10.

The opened files are seen on the application bar, but the name of the
file is only seven letters long, too short to see what is the whole
name of the file. In Finnish language, as in many other languages
too, the long words are usual.

So, how can I change the settings of the application bar so that the
whole name of the file is seen on the bar.

And I悲 like to see the names of the files with black letters on white
blackground, not the light grey letters on the dark grey background.
