Can't print envelope

I can't print an envelope using Wordperfect8. Everything else works
fine, the program prints documents with no problem but when I try to
print an envelope the printer goes through all the motions and makes
all the normal noise but when the envelope comes out of the printer
there is "no printing" on it. I never had this problem with
Wordperfect7. I just installed Wordperfect8 on a new
computer.....standard installation.
