True. But I'd still want to know what code to enter (by ALT-nnn) for
the Greek letters and mathematical and other symbols on the CP 850.
And I still need to export or write files my other applications will
understand--at present they do understand CP 850. In other words, I
need to know the correspondences between what key I press on the
keyboard, what I see on my monitor, and what gets written to file. No
doubt the information is somewhere in the manual or help files, but I
find them hard to navigate and would appreciate a pointer.
