Lost .qpw file

I inadvertently overwrote a file I'll call IMPORTANT.QPW created in
QuattroPro11. My question is: Is there any way I can recover IMPORTANT.QPW
from its backup? I looked in the folder ...\Corel\QuattroPro 11\backup but
found it empty.

Here is how I lost IMPORTANT.QPW. Overnight, with the computer on,
QuattroPro open and the IMPORTANT.QPW also open, Windows shut down and
restarted due to a Windows Stop Error. When I next opened QuattroPro
several days later, QuattroPro said it had shut down unexpectadly and any
unsaved data was lost. For each of the .qpw files that were open at the
time the of the Stop Error I was given the option of opening and of saving
the backups into whatever file name I wanted. Unfortunately, I ended up
saving the WRONG BACKUP to IMPORTANT.QPW thereby overwriting the original
IMPORTANT.QPW with another .qpw file.
