Find the file named pfreg.exe in the suite8\programs folder and run it -
unregister and then RE-register found components.

If this doesn't work, find the wt80xx.uwl file (where xx= your language
code like US, OZ, UK...) and rename it. WP will create a fresh one next
time it runs.

Btw, please do not cross-post! You're not getting anyone different that
those here in the 'main' wp8 group.

First, sorry aobut the cross posting, I’ll fix that.

Second, I had the same results. After the two things you suggested.
1) Unregister and Reregister using the file PFREG.EXE
2) Rename the file WT80US.UWL
3) Reboot system.
Both of these were done, I did one extra step and renamed the file in the
error message, WTLI80.DLL.
Taking a chance I know, but I renamed it to WTLI80x.DLL and so far, no
error. This message was typed and copied and pasted into the news message.
I’ll let you know if the error occurs again.
Thank you for your assistance.

I have it, just under a different name. So if things start to go wacky,
then I'll name back to WTLI80.DLL.

I'll try to keep you posted.

So you no longer have a wtli80.dll? It'll be interesting to see the
affect on wp's writing tools...

Thanks for the report...

Have you tried using the writing tools at all? That's the functionality
that would be affected by the absence of that file.

Are you possibly not using a North-American-English version? What release
of WP8 is it (from Help/About within the program)? [There are some
possibilities for the file version being an issue.]
