Can't print envelopes.HELP

I can not print any envelopes. I receive error message "Pfppop70 has caused an
error in KERNEL32.dll PFppop70 will now close. If you continue to experience
problems try restarting your computer. Sometime it will say call company.
I never had this proplem until my computer had to be repaired and the hard
drive was reformatted and the programs were reinstalled.
I also tried reinstalling WordPerfect Suite 7 but continue to get this message
whenever I try to print an envelope from a document or not.
Restarting the computer does not repair the problem.
Can anyone help?
