My husband recently changed printers. He had a LaserJet4 and now he has an
HP970Cse. When he goes to print envelopes (he hasn't tried printing label), he
gets the following message:

This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the
problem persists contact the program vender.
PFPPOP70 caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL 32.DLL at 017f:bff7a128.
I've searched the FAQs on the wordperfect web site. I found answers concerning
other printers, but not for this one(there were different solutions depending
on the printer).
If anyone had any suggestions at to what we should do, please email me. Thanks
for your assistance.
