Copy and Paste - Conversion dll

After spending a considerable amount of time resulting from what
appears to be a misleading error message in WP7/32 (WPWin Error: No
conversion DLL available for the requested file type), I finally found
the solution to this irritating Copy and Paste problem in WP7/32.
This was the result of a considerate Newsgroup contributor. Thanks
Don.
The purpose of this submission is to obtain explanations for 2
related questions.
1. Why does WP7/32 provide an error massage which would seem to
indicate that this message is associated with a missing file, whereas
exactly the opposite is true, i.e. there are duplicate files which
need to be eliminated? Furthermore, using the Find Utility in
functioning programs failed to reveal any so called "conversion"
files, hidden or otherwise.
2. Why does uninstalling the Corel Suit 7, cleaning the registry and
reinstalling the whole program cause duplicate files to appear again?
Any ideas?
