There is no hit in the Corel Knowledge Base on that address but here are
some nearby possibilities:

Error: "Invalid Page Fault In Module KERNEL32.dll" When Printing
Document ID: 16129

This information applies to:

WordPerfect(R) 7 for Windows(R)

Problem:
When trying to send a document to print, the error message, "SPOOL32 caused
an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.dll @ 0137:BFF9A3C0."

This also occurs @ 014F:BFF76630.

Answer:
Renaming the *.{pb and the *.{qc files solved the issue.
There may be other solutions, so check other TADS for further
troubleshooting.

Details:
To Rename the .{pb files:
1. Hit Ctrl-Alt-Del, and end task on PFPPOP70.EXE or PerfectPrint.
2. Then go to Start | Find | Files and Folders.
3. Type: *.{pb , in the Named box, and make sure that the Look in box is
pointing to My Computer, and then click on Find Now.
4. Right click on the first file and choose rename.
5. Then tap the right arrow key on the keyboard and backspace out the .{pb
file extension, and then type .buf for the new extension and hit enter.
6. Then repeat steps 4 and 5 on the remaining {pb and files.

To Rename the .{qc files:
1. Then go to Start | Find | Files and Folders.
2. Type: *.{qc, in the Named box, and make sure that the Look in box is
pointing to My Computer, and then click on Find Now.
3. Right click on the first file and choose rename.
4. Then tap the right arrow key on the keyboard and backspace out the .{qc
file extension, and then type .buf for the new extension and hit enter.
5. Then repeat steps 3 and 4 on the remaining {pb and files.

[The following refers to a different printer but Steps 1 and 2 indicate a
methodology to troubleshoot the problem. Obviously the details -- the
drivers to look for or use -- are different]

Various Errors Printing to a Hewitt Packard(tm) DeskJet 1120C
Document ID: 17066

This information applies to:

WordPerfect(R) 7 for Windows(R)

Problem:
1. Some customers get PFPPOP70 caused an invalid page fault in module
KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff782ae when printing labels on a DeskJet 1120C
Printer. This error can also occur printing out of Presentations 7.
2. One customer reports receiving the error when trying to print anything
from either Word Perfect or Presentations.
This error was also seen at 0137:bff782af; 014f:bff782af.
In Windows 98 the error may be Kernel32.dll at 015f bff7a379.
3. Other customers get a random error of Failed Platform Function.

Answer:
1. The First troubleshooting step should be to Install the newest 1120C
driver from www.hp.com then find the section that lists printer drivers.
(It changes on a regular basis)
2. If that doesn't work then Use an Emulation, The HP Deskjet 870C, and if
that doesn't work, the 850C, or the Hp 550C printer drivers are acceptable
substitutes but the print output quality may not be as high.
3. If the Failed Platform Function Appears Randomly, then close the
application, (Presentations or WordPerfect) and restart. The pages where
the error occurred, and subsequent pages generally print.

These Issues have been Sent to development.

Details:
The first two issues cannot be duplicated on WordPerfect 8 for Windows
using the 1120C in house.

I can't help wondering if you have an older version of WP7 (your version # is
incomplete but I'm suspecting there's another "0" in there). This address is
typical of running the non-NT-enabled version -- anything prior to 7.0.2.19 -- on a
system with Win98.

If so, you'll need the update CD from Corel, which can be had by calling
1-800-77COREL; it's just the $9.95 s/h fee only.

The only other time I've seen this come up is if the user has version 6.00.8168.0
version of MFC42 files; you can find \windows\system\MFC42.DLL and right-click,
choose Properties, click the version tab .. if that's what you have for a version
number, use Windows Update to download & install the "Libraries" update.

You might think back & see if you installed any software when this error started,
esp. perhaps some MS "home" product?
