Need OPEN FILE to default to directory....

Help, anyone. Boss wants his Word Perfect to open automatically to
directory where his files are stored. We are on a network and every time
he turns on computer he has to go to open file, scroll down to drive
that stores our client files, scroll down a couple more directories to
get to his files. How can I get his computer to default to his files?

Tools, Settings, Files. Set the Default Document Folder to his desired
directory.
