Size of file remains large after deleting graphic in WP7

I am using a document with a graphic as fax template.
After sending the fax, I delete the graphic from the document
since I want to save the text only.
The saved file size remains the same (>64Kb) as it was when saved
with the graphic present.
Another document uses a 800K size graphic. Also with this one I only
want to save the text (about 10 to 20Kb) but the file size remains over
810Kb after saving without the graphic

Does anybody knows a solution for this problem.

Edit, Undo/Redo History, UNcheck the box to save the Undo/Redo history
with the file.

That is because the Undo information is being saved within the document.
Do Edit, Undo/Redo History, Options and uncheck the box to save the history
with the document.
