I can't get the initial font code to hold for one of my users. I have
tried format, document, initital font and changed font to CG Times 12.
I have changed the print driver. User is printing to an HP Laserjet
4000. Other users in the office use the same print driver and I had no
problems setting the initial font Code. I have changed the font in the
print driver. It sets it for the initial document, but when he opens a
new document window it reverts back to courier 10. Any suggestions.

There are 3 places that the initial font is set:
1) In the printer driver, printer properties. (You did that, it seems.)
2) In the document initial font. (You did that, it seems).
3) In the document initial style (doesn't seem you looked there.) File,
Document, Document style, remove any font codes, checkmark the box for
"use as default" so that it applies to all future docs.
Please post back to this thread if not resolved by #3.
