We are using Ventura Publisher 4.1 in Win 3.1

Our editor left us without notification. Now we are trying to manage our
publishing tasks. We are adding two new chapters to an existing publication.
When we renumber the pages from the "Renumber" option in "Manage
Publication" window, it does some process but is not causing any effect on
the chapter page numbers. We have added the chapters in two different
locations in the publication. But no numbering according to the page
location in the publication. Numbering start from the first page of the
chapter. Any suggestions.

Open the chapter that is not numbering correctly.

In the Edit menu, select Update Counters.

For Which Counter, select Initial Page.

For Update Method, select Previous + 1.
