After installing Printoffice 2000, the corel webdesigner and corel photo
shop works, however starting corel printoffice 5 results in parts of the
screen filled in with parts of program parts, but reports error in executing
prnthse, if error persists restart computer. This doesn't work, also
reinstalling didn't work. I get the same problem at different computers, one
desktop running W98 SE and one system running Windows ME. I cannot find
updates to the program on internet.

What to do?

Hi Pieter

When you get the error message, there will be a " Details " tab, what does it
read ?

I did send a mail but maybe it never got to the group (?), my problem with
Printoffice starts with the installation where it sais that it has a problem
with DCOM 98 (which is on the PO cd) en some error message sais that I have to
uninstall it, then it goes on and does something with DCOM 95 (also on the PO
cd) and tells me that the pc has to restart in order to continue the
installation. Then installations continues and finishes and they whish me good
luck and much pleasure working with the programm ;-((
And then...I get the Prnthse error.

I hope you can help Pieter and me?

regards, shirine
