Corel software and Agfa camera

I purchased an Agfa camera and it came with Corel software. I have
tried twice to install software, following the instructions. However, I
can not get photos from my camera. I consistently receive an error
message to check and see if camera is on and cable is attached. The
driver appears to be installed, I have the cable hooked up to the right
port, but still same message. I am using an HP computer with Windows.
Any ideas????

What Corel software didit come with? Have you addressed these questions
to Agfa as this sounds like an OEM product which they should offer some
support options
