When using the template in Printhouse for labels they are not printed out
correctly, the alignment is out for the 2nd 3rd and 4th row of labels.

Describe the lables to me. Like how many rows, have many in each row and
where the tears are located on the lable.

It's Avery inkjet J8165 - 2 labels wide by 4 down size 99.1 wide and 67.7.
Not sure what you mean by tears ???
