Installation problems

Dear Corel,

I've got a case, where my customer bought a Compaq Presario 5476 in
Sweden and got Corel PrintHouse Magic 4 bundled with the computer. When
trying to install the program, she gets an error message saying that the
CD key given isn't correct. Where could I get help with a new CD key? My
customer lives in Finland and I can't get any support from neither
Compaq or Corel in Finland, because the computer is bought in Sweden.
And I can't get any support from Sweden, because the customer lives in
Finland... So now I'm hoping that someone reading this holds a solution
to my problem.

Hi Pia

Are you refering to the serial number the user has to type in when
installing ?
