Program flickers badly

I have used my recovery disc to wipe and format my hard drive Win98 is now
running ok and I have re-installed PRINTHOUSE MAGIC with Print house Ver3
and Printhouse Photo Ver2 , every thing seemed to install OK.The
initalization screen was followed by desktop/notebook/photohouse wizard and
colour pallette the every thing flickers violently and i cannot select any
thing in notebook.
Menu bar and Standard toolbar are the only things remaining stable i have
tried changing display, All other applications work ok .
Any Ideas Please ?

Hi Brian
Boot your system up in Safe mode and then go into PrintHouse and let me know
if the flickering still occurs.
