Print House premium has missing files

I just spoke with tech support over the phone since Corel hasn't responded
to my issue.

Note: Any one purchasing Corel Print House Magic Premium

Cd Rom #1 has several files missing from the objects category.
Tech support said that Corel burned the incorrect files on the #1 cd rom.
They wouldn't mail me a corrected version.

Here's what's missing from Cd Rom #1:

...\objects\eyes
...\objects\faces
...\objects\food
...\objects\hair_hat
...\objects\home
...\objects\smiles
...\objects\spo_equi

A lot of other stuff is missing also.
It's too bad because the files look really neat in the manual.

I'm disappointed!!!

Are you saying that the entire contents of the folders are missing or
just some of the examples in the manual? Paul

I checked my manual and except for the pring date (02/99) it appears to
be the same and CD-1 matches the the files in the manual. Have you
tried customer service? You have a legitiment gripe. Good luck, Paul

Corel erased the message your wrote about them not responding.
What does that tell your about their customer service?
