I am having trouble in printng to a Canon BJC2100 printer in that I want to
have a default page size of Letter 8.5x11 but when I use the print tool from
the toolbar or print after a quick report design the page format is set
automatically to A5. I have the printer setup for 8.5x11 in the Settings >
Printer area, and this is set as my Default Printer. Any suggestions would
be appreciated.
