Paradox 9 Runtime General Protection Violations

We have recently ungraded a robust system from Paradox Runtime 5 to
Paradox Runtime 9. Since the upgrade GPV's occur frequently, yet
intermitently. They usually occur when a form is opened or closed, but
they can occur when opening and closing Paradox Runtime.
We have installed all the latest patches to no avail. We have tried
to replace the statusbar configuration files thinking they were
corrupt, but this did not fix the problem. We cannot upgrade to
Paradox 10 as the NT server that the system is held on is service pack
5 (10 requires SP6).
The system works fine when Paradox 9 Full version is used.
Unfortunately the system is used by over 60 people, so installing the
full program on every user's PC is not an option.
