Looking for Programmer in London

Hi,

I am attempting to develop of programme in Paradox 9.0 for Developers using
ObjectPal and I am having some problems. So, I am looking for someone who
could help with the programming. I'm willing to pay, but can't afford too much
as I am developing this application for a volunteer organization and it would
be coming out of my own pocket.

Anyone in London game?
