AMD Lockup

Hello,

I am having the same problem, when on the internet my computer just
locks up for between 15 to 30 seconds and then frees itself up and
continues transfering the web information. I have gone through the IRQ's
and made sure there is no conflict and I have updated the motherboard
BIOS, ALI drivers and still the problem is there.

I am also running a cable modem and a 56K telephone modem (for faxing).
I will try removing it to see if it fixes the problem and will post
back on it.

Anyone with any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
