I have the following problem:
If I use the term "calc count all" on different computers I get a table.
On some insallations I get a blank between the word count and the field
name and on other computers not.
Thanks for help

At a guess it sounds like there are different versions of the BDE
running on each computer (or the IDAPI for versions of Paradox prior to
version 7). I would first make sure I had standardizes to a single BDE
version. I can't think of anything else that would affect a queries
results automatically in this way.

Of course, you can use the AS keyword to explicitely assign a field name
to a field resulting from a calculation. This way you don't need to
worry about exceeding the number of field name characters, etc. For
example:

Calc count all as Count_Field1
