When attempting to import ai files into 6.1 all I get is an empty file but more
often it crashes my pc bad! The only way I can use ai files is to keep a
version of 5 on my system simply for this. I then have to save the file and
open it in 6.1 - what a drag.

Problem 2 is the ***!!**! clipboard STILL does not work properly - never has as
far as I can see esp between Painter and Photoshop.

And why isn't any one interested about the problem with the thumbnail
generation. Doesn't everybody get p**!!* off with it. I can't be the only
Painter user that has more than a couple of dozen .rif files that get detached
from the preview.pix file that they depend on. Browsing a large folder of .rif
files nearly blows a gasket with the file names not appearing and some
thumbnails only exhibit the top fraction. Moan moan mumble mumble.

OOO that feels better!

Regards to all
