I CAN'T RE-INSTALL PAINTER 6!!!

I have recently exorcised my computer (not intentionally, it just would not
start) of everyting, and now I have to re-install Painter 6 (the upgrade.) It
first asks me to get out my old Painter 5 Product ID, but thenl, when I try
entering that one in, it says "Not a valid Painter 6 Product ID."
