Upgrade question

Hi,

I have Metacreations Painter 5.5 but it came on a computer magazine. I now
want to upgrade so that I can use all those fantastic, groovy tools that
everybody is talking about. So am I eligible for the upgrade price or will I
have to buy the full version?
