Help! Does anyone know how to insert French accents, aigu or grave over the
e's and a's, the cedilla under c's, the circumflex over a's, o's and e's, as
well as double dots over some vowels? Your help will be much appreciated.

I use the famous Windows ALT+numpad, but if you have international
keyboard support (such as Corel Linux and Red Hat, probably others)
simply install the French Canadian Keyboard...

Like some other participant suggest, you have a bunch of opportunies.
First, you can use alt combinaison. Here are the most useful of them:
é:130 ô:146 û:150
ê: 136 î:140 â:135
à: 133 è:138 é:137
c cédille is 137
However, you cannot use ALT+three digit code number outside of
WordperfectWine.
So, I recommand installing a french keyboard.
In corel Linux, install a Québécois keyboard, not the one named french,
because the french keyboard use azerty instead of qwerty.
Go to control panel, input device, international keyboard, add and
choose Québécois. Go to the third panel, start-up, dans make sure that
both case are checked. Save the changement with appliquer, right of the
bottom ok. Restart X and simply log in again.
And you can choose your keyboard by clicking on the small green box just
right of the desktop choose panel (1-2-3-4).
Make sure that BEFORE starting Corel WordPerfect that your keyboard is
setted with the french canadien one, because it's to late to swith after
WordPerfect is launched. You'll have to close WP and Start again it if
you want to switch of keyboard .
That's all.
Hope that it help you.
