Corel Photo-Paint 11 don't start

I need your help

I installed Corel Draw 11 (German) on a brand new Laptop with Windows 2000.
All Antivirus and Firewall programs where closed. After installation I
started up Photo-Paint and got the error message 'Füllmusterdatei
CORELDRW.TXR nicht gefunden'. This file is located in 'Eigene Dateien'. Next
the program crashes and tells me to start again. But it don't work.
Can somebody help me?
