I'm having a problem with Print House Magic 3 in Graphics Pack II not
wanting to print out banners on my Hewlett Packard DeskJet 720C printer. It
printed a custom size banner fine at 17" x 90" (it came out on two strips of
tractor feed paper like it was supposed to). The problem is when you try to
print something at 8.5" x n" (n= any size you want), or anything at 8.5".
Basically it won't do it. It won't even process the tiling procedure to the
printer. I get the feeling that Print House doesn't have instructions coded
into it that lets it know that my HP printer can also print on tractor feed
paper or what we now call banner paper. Why it is able to make banners at
sizes larger than the regular width of the paper I don't know. Is this a
problem that can be fixed? Also are there any guidelines that can be placed
on the Print House work area, so objects can be snapped to it for layout
purposes.
Thanks for any help,
Jay
