Photo Paint Menu dissappears

Everyonce in a while (usually due to low memory) something happens to my
fonts. So, when I bring up Photo Paint, it complains about this. Next
thing I know, all my menu has is a File menu. The rest are gone. And, once
I open a file, the menu dissappears all together, and I can't do anything
with the opened image. I have to uninstall Photo Paint, and re-install it.
Is there some other way I can fix this when it happens? It takes a long
time to reinstall Photo Paint.

and check the boxes back on for the property bar, standard and toolbox
