I'm working for a tiling company and we are looking for a way to produce
mosaics. I can use Corel Trace to produce mosaics which take their
colours from a palette of tiles which we have available. The problem
now is to write the listed number of the tile so that we can use it for
mosaic assembly directly. In order to do this I have to be able to get
the RGB colour values from one of the files written by Corel Draw 9 and
do a look-up conversion between the tiles colour and the listed number
of the tile in our catalogue.

Thus I was wondering is there an easy way to interrogate one of the
output formats of Corel Draw 9 so that I can find the pixel colour of
the tile in the created mosaic. I think I'm going to have to get my
hands dirty with programming as there seems to be no other easy way to
do this.

NH.

PS. Please leave the gormenghast group in your return paths as it is the
only way I'll be able to read your replies unless you e-mail them to me.
Many thanks.
