Can't copy files during installation

I'm trying to install Corel Draw 8 on Windows 98, during the installation
process there are a number of files that it can't install. One file is
"scpconst.csi" and there are 6 or 7 texture files that it can't install
also.

Any ideas. The programs seems to run ok, also I don't know what a
"scpconst.csi" file is.
The disk is clean with no finger prints or dust on it.
Any ideas?
