comp.csw problem

I'm getting the comp.csw problem that others in this newsgroup seem to have
gotten. The error reads:
A required initialization file was not found:
C:\windows\corel\temp\comp.csw
I have shut down everything through ctrl-alt-del and through the Startup Cop
utility. I have even tried to manually copy the file to it's target folder.
The CD-ROM tries to access the file (indicated by the CD-ROM light)but won't
transfer the file. I have tried to install it on another computer and get
the same problem. Do I have a bad CD or is there something else I can try?
