I had a crash
I installed CorelDraw 9 and then decided to put 8 back again. I tried to
install the first 8 patch and it advises that uninstall32 is not supported.
What does this mean? Will I have to uninstall 9 in order to get 8 to
install?

That would be wisest in any event. Always install software in the order that
it was released chronologically, and there's much less chance of new stuff
getting overwritten by older stuff.
