I am trying to assist a user in importing a jpg file into a Corel Draw file. She has been able to do this in the past. When she chooses to import, she is unable to do so. The file type defaults to text, and no graphics files are displayed. Has anyone heard of this? (I've not really used the program myself...)

When she chooses the file to be imported from the file list, what does it say below in the "File format:" category?
Does the "Files of type:" filter say "All files", or is a specific file type chosen?
