using Corel 8 for sign making with plotter?

Hi there! We have an Ioline plotter, and wanted to make our signs in Corel
Draw 8, export them (somehow) to our Ioline program and plot them onto vinyl
for sign making. Has anyone done this and could we ask you some questions
off-line, PLEASE?
ie. Which Corel 8 program is the best to use? Is there any support on-line
for plotter files? etc..
