Corel 2.0 Files

I need to revise all of my client's stationery pieces which were created in
CorelDraw 2.0. I need to bring them into CorelDraw 8. It says the format is
not valid. What can I do?

You need a version of Draw from 5 backwards unfortunately; the major
issue (amongst others) is the change in font handling from .wfns to
.ttf etc

Do you know how I can obtain a 5.0 or previous version? Does Corel sell them?
And why don't they make translators of some sort? I can redo the type, but the
art parts will be harder to recreate to look identical.
