I have created a drawing in Coreldraw and converted it to a bitmap. I want
to use this bmp in other presentation softwares. While in Corel the object
retains a background that is transparent, but when I pull it into
Autographic it has a white background. I have tested different file formats,
tried converting it in Photo-paint, pulled it into Powerpoint, all have same
result. Is there a way to get a bitmap image (specifically .bmp) to retain
transparent background outside of Corel?
Thank you in advance,
BGW

No. BMP format does not support alpha channel.

Are you sure your application support bitmaps with alpha? Read
it's documentation.
