Corel Draw 7 select edition Help file

I recently purchased Corel Draw 7 select edition in the uk. When
installed everything is fine, accept for one thing. When I click on
the help tab and select "help topics" I get the error message, "The
D:\graphics\Corel\Draw70\programs\coreldrw.hlp help file was created
for a language not supported by your version of windows". My system is
windows 98se (English version)Corel draw 7 is English, 288 Mb of
English RAM, so does anyone know whats going on. It can't be accessed
from explorer either, but Quick View plus ver 6 can read it, after a
fashion.
