Importing Duotones into Draw 7.0

I have converted a grayscale image in photopaint 7 to a duotone using black
and blue from a saved palette which i am using in Draw 7.
and blue from a saved palette which i am using in Draw 7.
However when I try to import the image into Draw it comes in as a grayscale
image not duotone. If I copy and paste the image separates as CMYK. I need a
two colour sep only.
Any ideas anyone?
